1. Introduction
   Auðna – Tæknitorg ehf. is responsible for processing personal data in connection with the MasterClass event. We protect your privacy according to the Icelandic Data Protection Act No. 90/2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Photography
   Photographs may be taken during the Masterclass to document and promote the event. They may appear on Auðna’s website, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), newsletters, or future event materials. Photos focus on the overall atmosphere and group participation, not individuals.

The legal basis is Auðna’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in promoting professional activities. Participants can reasonably expect limited photography at such events.

1. Opt-Out
   You have the right to object to being photographed. You can:

• Inform staff.
• Tell the photographer or event staff anytime during the event.
• Email us at info@audna.is before or after the event to request removal of a specific photo.

1. Relation to NDA
   All participants will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If any confidential material appears in photographs, it will be treated as Confidential Information under that Agreement.
2. Sharing and Retention
   Photographs may be shared on Auðna’s social media and will be deleted when no longer relevant.
3. Your Rights
   You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Complaints may be filed with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
